While in #Toronto, #Canada 🇨🇦 last month, we got tickets to watch Toronto #Marlies take on Laval Rocket at the Scotiabank Arena. First time watching ice hockey.

It was the Family Day Bank Holiday (we could do with one of those here in the UK 😀! Fantastic first match to experience too.

We walked down to the harbourfront #Toronto, #Canada 🇨🇦. The ice in this stretch of water was like nothing I'd seen before.

Looked impressive, but you wouldn't want to try and walk on it. The week we were there (mid-February 2026) the area was experiencing "warmer" temperatures.

There's also a police and shoe museum. Are there any other #Toronto museums (other than the ROM and Casa Loma) we should visit?

Found this beast, and an old orange carriage alongside other pieces of equipment outside the museum of #rail in #Toronto, #Ontario, #Canada 🇨🇦. The amount of snow blew us away.

We very rarely get snow like this in Cardiff 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿.

No chance to visit the museum but hope to do so in the future.

Indulge me, but I'm going to start sharing photos from my visit to #Toronto and #NiagaraFalls earlier in the month. A little feed cleanser in these troubling times.

It was our first visit to #Canada 🇨🇦. Won't be our last.

This was the first proper view of the CN Tower after leaving the hotel.

We hope this guidance will lead to the increased use of capsule-sponge throughout the NHS to diagnose oesophageal cancer precursor, Barrett's oesophagus.

World Cancer Day is a reminder that outcomes don’t just depend on treatment, they depend on timing.

In Wales, delays in gynaecological cancer care remain severe. In November, only 32% of patients started treatment within the 62-day target, with wide variation between Health Boards.
