It seems the racist DHS rampage in MN may be resulting in the dismissal of cases that actually should be prosecuted. Dismissing charges involving a gun because the system was overwhelmed by unconstitutional seizures of people with brown skin... doesn't sound like law and order to me.

This is the aftermath of an ICE kidnapping a few blocks from my home in St. Paul—an hour ago. A quiet street full of broken glass and at least three wrecked cars. The target of the kidnapping was taken away by ambulance. He was on a stretcher and covered by a sheet, though a cop said he was alive.
One of every thousand American residents has been taken into custody by ICE in the last year.
And as I’m remembering and telling this story, it is for the first time hitting me how very very weird this tradition was 3/end
