Thank you for pointing out the positives, I’m really trying to lean into that feeling. I think tomorrow I’m going to go on a walk to pick up my coffee and then try to get down at least 3 bottles of water. The sun and water will heal me ☀️

Throwing this out into the void. I’m struggling. I worked for 5 hours, cleaned for 2, then played switch and scrolled. I didn’t leave my apartment, barely ate anything, forgot my vitamins, hardly any water. But at least I went to therapy, it could be worse

I’m moving out of my apartment in a month and a moth died in my kitchen. It was white and fluffy. I picked it up and put it in this little mini terrarium. I feel like it’s trying to tell me something. I don’t know. Just felt like it should come with me to our new home 🖤
