ICE has arrested and detained a Nashville journalist who reported stories critical of ICE. She’s married to a U.S. citizen and has been seeking asylum here after fleeing death threats in Colombia because of her journalism there.
They’ve already sent her to Louisiana.

Three days after reading the 170 pages of opinions in the tariffs case, I can’t help wondering whether (and how long) the Court delayed giving hugely important information to the world so that Justices could more extensively carp at each other, in dicta, about principles of statutory interpretation.
This is such a good point. This opinion could have come out months ago, halting the illegal tariff before more harm was suffered.

Never in a million years did I ever fathom when I resurrected the Epstein story in 2018 that it would lead to first arrest of a British Royal in four centuries. Not since King Charles I was arrested in 1647.
