Mine was a quibble. This is something neither of us can be certain of, but my objection stems from my belief that his own ego warps his understanding of things in a way far beyond the - and here I’ll sub ‘average’ for ‘normal’ -person. I’m not sure how one can even identify ’normal’ anymore.

A serious discussion on SCOTUS particularly on the tariff ruling with Obama’s solicitor General who successfully defended ACA at SCOTUS. Also some comments on judge Cannon locking up Jack Smith’s report on the confidential docs. This is much more informed opinion than most social media pundits.
Trump spent his whole adult life filing intimidation lawsuits to avoid all sorts of accountability. Make things so hard that your adversary gives up. Learned it from Roy Cohn. It seems to me that any anti-trans law is extreme in a democracy where people should be free to be themselves as long as they don’t harm others’ freedoms. (And making people uncomfortable merely because you exist isn’t harming others. All true education makes people uncomfortable at first. )
