Remembering the ideas of the First International. The concepts of worker and working-class have changed since 1864, but the struggle has not. It is still a war between classes. The fight calls for the union of workers and all oppressed people of the world against the oppressors.

This is a little project I want to do after Nightfall, which is a series of propaganda posters. Just experimenting here with an existing character then adding background and slogan. With a small homage there too, to one of the great political poster artists, Josep Renau.

I inked this double page a while ago- quite satisfied with the city perspective there, improving!
