That's the thing - she's still 'called out' for being a topless women in public, despite not having breasts or nipples. For some people it seems the fact that she is female is enough to mean she 'should cover up'.
Breast cancer survivor Louise Butcher fought to have a double mastectomy without reconstruction. She has since become known as the Topless Runner. Episode 20 of Women in Focus podcast is out tomorrow, 5th July.
