We host a monthly anime FGC event every 4th Saturday, over in Elk Grove, CA (near Sacramento). Our schedule usual includes two rotating games, plus Guilty Gear Xrd Rev2 and Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising. Be sure to check out our latest updates here!
It is unfortunate on the news, but also we are incredible lucky and blessed to have a great venue to host these tournaments for over 7 years in the Sacramento area.
We will greatly miss Innogrove, and I want to thank Steve Barnett who allowed us to use this space for so long.
Espada here. Wanted to give you guys an update.
I was able to meet with one of the reps for the company that now owns Innogrove. Unfortunately the venue is now closed on weekends, so we will no longer be able to host Tag In Battle there.
Once we have leads for a new home, will keep you all posted.
We will do our best to reach a consensus as we've always had a positive relationship with the venue, and we have a great community that always helps and respects the space. Stay tuned as we'll post updates on what's to come.
However we must end this on some bittersweet news.
Tag In Battle is on hiatus until further notice.
We've been notified that ownership for the Innogrove venue has changed, so we will be following up with the new owners to see if we can continue our events. Until then, we can't plan our next one.
