it sucks so much
occasionally i get to a point where i just can't stand it anymore and i eat something i shouldn't just to get a taste of real food again
i wind up regretting it every single time

i've been gluten free with celiac for 11 years
the substitutes have gotten way way better since then, but unfortunately the prices have not
trader joe's has some of the best quality and most reasonably priced gf food i know of
other than that, rice, corn, and potatoes are your best friends
