They're trying to sell the loans to Wall Street for pennies on the dollar!

When we get the leverage of bankruptcy returned. All that abuse comes to a screeching halt.

They won't dare play games like that with the LEVERAGE of bankruptcy back. They'll have to cancel loans broadly. Many other things.

...and this is without anyone actually having to file.

3 million people in the SAVE Plan, alone, were placed into forbearance by Biden, but that's a small fraction of ALL the people in IDR's that are in jeopardy (10.7 Million).

Around half of those were in some sort of deferment/forbearance.

We can no longer count on the federal government to solve this. Both parties appear to be against student loan borrowers.

We have to take it to the states.
