What do you think about this steak from @latetedorbydaniel. For me, this Cote de Boeuf (a rib roast) was perfection. Served with both bernaise and borderlaise sauces and with fries and other accoutrements. A perfect end to our time in New York.

This is one of those dishes that every chef loves (and others too). It looks relatively simple but in fact requires a lot of skill, and finesse. Juicy chicken, crisp skin, great oil and a stunning salsa verde. @chefjwaxman @barbutonyc
