This site is really useful for checking roughly what levels you should expect from whichever dose you're taking

It's a little on the low side for especially for valerate but i wouldn't be too worried about it, i would recommend getting your blood levels checked after 4 weeks so you know how much E is actually in your blood but that dose should be reasonable to start with.
