Behind the scenes I have finally managed to build a habit of drawing daily and it feels pretty good. Today, I've drawn this to celebrate my 20-day drawing streak

Maxwell's end-game base - a bunch of dark grey-pink cyberpunk buildings with automated factories in them. Around it is a dense spruce-pine forest, next to it is a cliff with a couple of small wooden houses on it. There are a few captions around the picture pointing out that the forest is mostly intact and the cliff village is untouched. The cat himself stands on a balcony of the top floor of the middle tower. For some time I completely forgot that Maxwell is just kinda supposed to be a variation of my sona that represents how I play modded minecraft (and an outlet for evil vibes sometimes), so I toned him down a little bit

The story bits I outlined earlier are the same though. I think.

1 - The start of his survival after the crash landing. He stands on a cliff and overlooks the landscape. Somewhere along the trees is the humble shelter he managed to build 2 - As he is forced to gain countless skills in order to start thriving and familiarize himself with the planet's resources, he starts to build more. Standing on that same cliff, he sees a few factory buildings, an oil pump, and a radio tower in the distance. 3 - Maxwell kept building and progressing tirelessly, growing his base into a glorious, high-tech, fully automated city. Years later it's become clear that no one is coming to save him. At this point he doesn't mind it. He doesn't need help anymore. This planet belongs to him now.

Maxwell Kaine in his "early" and "late" stages. On the left he's wearing the uniform he had when he crash landed on his planet.
