This feels like a return to the punk roots of the hobby. The "dungeon-punk" that emerged from the Citadel team before the sale of Games Workshop.
It was that anarchy, humour and cultural boiling pot that attracted me to the hobby in the first place.
I am loving the freedom of creativity in the mini community at the moment.
Moving away from 'Eavy Metal perfection to messy, gestural, and naive styles of conversion, sculpting and casting is just a joy.
Spawned from Blanchitsu, through Inq28 and now exploding in vibrant colourful anarchy.

My Lamenters might need some more techmarines if I want to use a lot of their stuff in 1st edition, so I thought I’d make an extra one from a techmarine biker torso I had knocking around and some spare bits.
Looks messy now but I’m trusting the process.

Frieren Areios head for Warhammer 40k
I always struggle with heads and faces a bit, my eyesight and aim is pretty bad (no 3d vision for a start) so I'm actually really happy with this. Had to redo the eyes about 200 times until I was happy.
Now we have the trailer of the Masters of the universe movie, what's a better time to show off my fav minis of them i painted !
