If you're more upset with Biden being forced to consider the extraordinary step of peremptorily pardoning his own officials then you are about Trump appointing someone who’s promised to use the federal govt to exact personal retribution for Trump, then you need to think a little more critically.

Discussing blanket pardons draws us off of the real issue, the concern that Trump will pervert the criminal justice system & use DOJ as a political tool, which is forcing the Biden administration into these considerations. Don't forget why we're here.

...the glitchiness on here today I'm taking as a sign that growth is happening way faster than they are prepared for. Hope they can scale the Bluesky team quickly and keep pace - people are hungry for an X alternative and a new, safer global town square for communication and connection.

Joining the million new users a day making the jump here. I was a Twitter skeptic when I joined it in 2006, and it became a huge part of my life and career. Threads proved to be...kind of useless. Here's hoping Bluesky can be a capable replacement for X...though I can't abandon X just yet. Let's go!
