Très franchement, vous devriez lire Le Poème du Vent et des Arbres. Au-delà de son importance évidente dans l'histoire du manga, il est impossible de rester de marbre face à une telle série.

If you’d like to explore josei manga, I recommend Don't Call it Mystery, Journal with Witch, The Seven Knights of the Marronnier Kingdom, and Hoshi of Girls' Garden. They are very different series that will give you a clear idea of how diverse this demographic category can be.
If you’re looking for adult romance manga, I’d recommend Takahashi from the Bike Shop, The Blue Flowers and the Ceramic Forest, and Musashino Rondo.
Tokyo Kaido and Chiisakobe are two manga that complement each other. Both deal with the difficulties of expressing emotions. In the first, the characters unintentionally reveal too much of themselves, while in the second, they struggle to communicate their feelings.

Yama Wayama will start a new manga in 2027. She’s one of the funniest and most interesting manga artists of recent years. I love how she captures youth, the relationships between her characters, and her art style. I can’t wait for it.

The Heart of Thomas and The Poem of Wind and Trees are two of the most beautiful manga I have ever read. Beyond their obvious similarities, they explore youth with dramatic intensity and psychological depth through different themes. They are two works that complement each other.
