You have to slice it yourself but it's good. Sadly never found an even half decent croissant, they're all the flakiness of a croissant without any of the softness.
Of all the choices I think the Warburton's GF cob/tiger loaf isn't too bad. I think I miss patisserie stuff more than good bread. croissants... Pain aux raisins.. brioche!
