What I don’t understand is, if Trump says he has the border closed, why would we keep needing these warehouses for detention? Is this for citizens who dissent?

Went to a lobby day today a the MN State Capital where you walk by some desks from children who were killed during the Annunciation School shooting. Very sobering, at the least.
