The newest episode of #thepitt got me all in my feelings. This show makes me miss emergency medicine but also makes me thankful that I got out when I did.

Tomorrow makes 4 years since my mom died and I know I'm gonna be a mess at work tomorrow. But I have no sick time left to take the day off. Having a dead mom doesn't stop the bills from being due.

I just found out that my middle school band director was arrested for possession and intent to distribute. He was so unnecessarily to his beginners band and things got so bad that my dad had to get involved because I was coming home crying everyday. So yeah fuck that bitch.

I wish people in rural areas had convenient access to better grocery stores. And that people in rural areas wouldn't be shamed for shopping at Walmart. I'm not happy about it, but it's one of my only options. The closest Costco to me is almost two hours away, and Walmart is 5 minutes.
