3/5 First-generation college students would benefit from a bot that provides both uplifting, motivational feedback as well as recommendations for internal & external resources depending on the needs communicated by the student.

2/5 A faith-based institution, for example, would likely want to support students with encouragement & spiritual guidance woven into "conversations" with bots.
