Love how the movie balances the idea of Godzilla being an embodiment of destruction that does nothing but leave pain in its wake and Godzilla being just as much of a victim as anyone else, simply being a creature that cannot exist in the world. It makes his death a triumph and a tragedy all in one.

Finally knocked this one off my movie bucket list and good lord I can’t recommend it more. even after 70 years it does a great job combining horror and tragedy through the titular monster. The destruction Godzilla leaves in his wake is terrifying, but the aftermath is heartwrenching.

Death Battle - Cell Vs Metal Sonic

My biggest gripe with this matchup was that so many people treated it as “The Metal Sonic Show feat. Cell”. Thankfully, Moro and DA made Cell give as good as he got in one hell of a match. The Kikoho bit got me cackling though.

The reason we're wearing gloves in the 2nd panel is in our pretend play, we believed touching Pokemon would hurt us. the logic was that Ash wore gloves in the show & we thought it protected him against Pikachu's electric nature (which it obvs didn't, but we were stupid children)
