The Henderson family settled Upper Merion in the early 1700s, ran the Henderson Marble Quarries (1784–1889), and left their mark on local landmarks—including Henderson Station on the Pennsylvania Railroad and today’s Henderson Road.

King of Prussia Mall began in 1963 as the open-air “Plaza.” With the addition of The Court in 1981 and the 2016 Connector, it grew into one of the largest malls in the U.S.—nearly 2.8M sq ft of retail and a true regional powerhouse.

Old Roberts School House
Built in 1848 by Jonathan Roberts, this school served local farm families whose children once walked miles to learn. Though expanded over time, the original closed in 1917; today’s building is a 1960 replica honoring its role in local education.

Candles add seasonal warmth, but safety comes first—especially with kids around.
Keep candles away from décor, trees, and wrapping paper. Use sturdy holders, place them where they won’t tip, and always keep them out of reach of children.
