It can be hit or miss - SFO G gates a couple weeks back, the Global Entry line with disabled kiosks was longer and moving slower than the MPC line right next to it, which looked like it had more officers actively processing people (I used MPC)
Seeing this made me wonder: there's MSP serving the Twin Cities; TRI and PSC serving their respective Tri-Cities, and MLI serving the Quad Cities. Any other Tri- or Quad- or Penta- Cities Airports? #avgeek

Touchless or the new Clear gates are both fantastic
With those answers and previously mentioned GE (and PreCheck, especially after my most recent experience with TSA PreCheck Touchless ID), I vote SFO and planned minimum connect time an hour (although I've connected in less, I:D)
