I am sorry, even though I never voted for Trump. But I will say this plan may not be what the US position ends up being. Trump is chaotic and dishonest, so who knows what will happen.

Musk is full of crap. Someday such a robot may exist that would contribute to prosperity. But there is no reason to believe it will be developed by Tesla. There are several robotics companies working on this. Tesla does not have an encouraging track record with robotics. They have focused /1+
There is a problem though. Musk already is rich enough to pay off regulators and others, to try to achieve these goals. The deal approved by shareholders produces incentives that are not good for anyone.

But they each had capabilities that caused russia to draw red lines that Western countries were hesitant to cross. Yet the West did eventually cross those red lines. In the case of the Storm Shadow, one Western country has crossed this current red line as well. And other countries may yet cross it.
They also didn't supply (fill in the blank with any of several weapons systems that were previously withheld) until they did.
