Their fight isn't really hsing but w/ the parental rights movement and as long as the HSLDA and other lobbyists prevent us from ratifying UNCRoC for the same reason. Until children from birth to 18 are considered human beings under the law, to them it means their religious freedom is safe.

Part 1 I doubt it. Even us Secular Progressive Homeschoolers very often have not even looked into the hslda and continue to support them due to the fear of government intervention.
