3. If you throw in a comment about a line that you enjoyed or some part of the script you liked reading, it'll make a writer's day
4. A shout-out whenever a listener comments on a story is always appreciated

But I can't keep rambling, this is too much already. So for now, thank you to all the nice VAs, and to anyone wondering if they're good, the fact you're concerned already shows that you're miles ahead of the less than kind ones. And to any VAs wondering how to be better-

I'm putting hours of my time into work that I let you use for free, and you can't even muster a 'thank you?!'

I try not to think about it because everytime I do, I get so angry! Where are your manners? Shit, even if you don't like the script, a 'thank you' is still common courtesy!

I've had writers and VAs alike say that they started scriptwriting and voice acting because of me. I'll never get tired of hearing that, it fills me with joy.

But here we are, with a ton of VAs throwing fills at me like scraps at a malnourished dog. It's rude!

For as much work & love as I've put into scripts, it sucks to still be barely acknowledged. Especially because I keep trying to work on my self confidence and I can realistically say that, well, I have over 2,000 fills of my work. I'm not a bad writer. I have a place in this community and I'm proud

If you've ever wandered why, it's because there's been some VAs that try to use writers. Some for their writing, and some because they just wanted a quick sext and thought that they could pressure me into it because I was a quiet, shy writer and they were an "Oh-So-Sexy and Godly" nsfw VA

A few even told me that it made me sound like a kiss-up too. I tried to persist but ultimately, ungratefulness killed the comments.

And I don't do too much in the way of social media either. I hve twitter and this, and I'm in a single server with just close friends from the community.

And even worse are the ones that are blatantly rude. I've had a few that put in the description of their fill how they didn't like the format of their scripts or that my writing sounded repetitive. Several have told me that the comments I leave sound copy-pasted.

Hours to days to weeks of work, often with little to no response from voice actors. There have been several nice ones yes, and several that I've become friends with. But for every one of those that has done nothing besides fill the script and toss the link at me like Miranda Priestly with her coat
