They look great!
They look great!
Give me 2 weeks! 😂
I have one that is thriving and I can tell you it looks happiest when I ignore it. I do keep the leaves dusted but don't water often and never drench it.
This one is strigosa but there are other types and I may be wrong but I think they all have medicinal qualities. Usually falls on the ground after wind or storms so keep an eye out.
Start collecting it!
I saw someone compare it to Doxycycline but definitely not taking that chance lol. I would like to test it out on minor cuts and such though.
Thanks! I knew you'd know some good things 😊
@herbygardens.bsky.social do you know of any other uses for usnea besides salve?
Ty Unuyo! 🤍
Bearded lichens (usnea) on a small mesh bag. They look like little shrubs and have a blue-silver-green color.
Morning forage was nice 🌱
Eating beside a seedling jungle is nice though 😂
I'm a sucker for butter colored flowers. She's lovely.
Mine too bc someone unbolted it to stain the fence and now the frame is warped. Use your dining room like I am!
I bet that was a time to be alive (but not in diapers)
We are old, Steve is ancient hahaha
Lucky!
I started tomatoes and peppers today.
In my case, both. This is why I need spring..the winter weight has to go!
I wasn't aware you wore press-ons! And yes, every year adds another ache somewhere sigh
Same, I'm so sick of dog foot baths.
I can't say I envy you lol
You're getting all the snow!
Almost time for backaches, sunburn and stained nails!
The true harbingers of Spring: Lenten roses (hellebore) in white and pale green. A wooden fence is in the background.
A two-toned yellow daffodil with raindrops on the petals.
Happy Monday 🌱
They're coming along nicely! I will keep you posted, thank you!
I have good luck with Etsy so I'll check it out. Thanks for sharing :)
Thank you, Colton!
Haha I don't blame you. That's a very busy area...anything close to water is unfortunately. I miss living in the sticks but I've found a happy medium for now.
Oh god the traffic...I dont miss that lol
