I have no idea how everyone missed on him. I don’t understand what wasn’t there. The frame, the shot, the handles, the decision-making, the motor, he’s got it all!
- UConn remains the favorite with a 27% chance of coming away with the title
- As close as Notre Dame (Last Four In) has been to the bubble since Hannah Hidalgo stepped foot on campus
- A weak year for mid-majors, as only Princeton is projected to be above the bubble fray

perfect DB behavior lol. I hope he’s mad about it in the postgame interview too
I'll be posting semi-weekly updates here when I find something interesting to talk about for both the men's and women's sides. Love the growing bracketology community on bluesky and can't wait to see how it blossoms.
Would love if you gave it a look, gave feedback, let me know if you're looking at it, anything. Every part of the site is functional for both men's and women's ball! I haven't seen a lot of projection-y analysis of women's bracketology, and I hope this site can be a reference for that.
Hello CBB bluesky! My site charliehergenrother.github.io/bracketology/ has a lot of new features for 2026, including:
- Current, if-the-season-ended-today bracket
- Projected Selection Sunday bracket
- Resumes for all 365 teams
- Easy-to-read schedule
- 538-style (RIP) tournament projections
“The defense appears loaded…” couldn’t agree more. I can’t believe our entire awesome linebacking corps (pray for KVA’s knee) is back for another year. AND all our secondary difference-makers are back for another year. It’s ridiculously talented back there.
A ridiculous format for a basketball tournament
@rodger.bsky.social Feel like you'd want to know about the new Horizon League tournament format for this year. One play-in game, five first-round games, one second-round game, two semifinals. Reseeding all the way through. Insanity
Aaron Rodgers is also one of the best to ever do his job. Not sure we’re exactly witnessing greatness from him tonight either
Pop-Tart presents South Korea-Brazil in Tupelo, Mississippi
Was right near you! Fake punt TD was indeed incredible from this angle
Occasionally this happens in European soccer; I think Southampton’s players donated their game checks to charity after a 9-0 loss a few years back? Would legit love to see that here
Pitt, as a program, is unquestionably the most college football team right

Screen Violence endorsed by Hideo Kojima 🫡 took me a while to get there but I think it’s clearly their best, absolutely zero skips because they traded out the usual track where the guy sings for Literally Robert Smith
Jon Bois
Jacoby Harris’s 2011 Heisman campaign was pretty much dead in the water after the Nevin Shapiro stuff. Not sure anyone could’ve salvaged that.

Also included on the site: A page that lists every team's resume for easy comparison (in order of their current rank if the season ended today), and a page that has a schedule with projected (end-of-season) seeds, game times, and TV for tournament-relevant teams. Thanks for following!
I think the distinction is interesting, as it's not something I've seen a lot of bracketologists get into during the season. In lieu of attempting one or the other, I've put out two projections for each side, as I do think there is value in both.
Will be posting my NCAA men's and women's bracketology updates here! The site is updated daily. The regular page is an attempt to guess at what the bracket would be if the season ended today, and the "Future" page guesses at the Selection Sunday bracket. charliehergenrother.github.io/bracketology
