Our very own beautifully talented PhD student, Lorna @lornahm.bsky.social, has won the Institute of Physics and Engineering in Medicine (IPEM) award for the best MSc project for her work on “Active Nematics in Biological Systems”, completed during her master’s with us. 🌱

The Cell-Based Computation team is expanding! This week, we are delighted to welcome Adam Dowdell, a mathematical biologist with expertise in chemotaxis and statistical mechanics, as our new Research Associate.

Hi! I'm Max. I'm developing a #biophysical model of #microtubules in #neurons during #development.
