There have been an astounding amount of bots in FFXIV lately. Nearly in every single roulette I do, I get at least sprout/returner bot.
I'm not sure what has caused this specific surge of it. Usually it's after an update that requires, say, light farming or some such.

I did that thing I've seen people doing.
Just finished Reanimal with @wiswell.bsky.social and it was 60% of a good game made much better by a good friend.
But there was some terrible, terrible design elements and a story that's painfully obtuse and not really worth digging through for an actual meaning.
I think it's interesting how long Nintendo has held onto resentment for the poor sales of EarthBound in America, despite their own aggressively bad marketing of a game that was already in a niche genre.
In this context, interesting means stupid.
Something I love about The Muppets is Kermit is struggling every day to stop the theater from going broke but also somehow knows Alice Cooper's agent.
The Stardew Valley symphony was a really lovely experience, the composer was funny and engaging, and the orchestra was wonderful.
I think the thing I enjoyed most though was seeing how many people showed up as their Stardew characters.

Was laying in bed listening to random music and had the surprising revelation that The Aquabats are a divergent evolution of Randy Newman.
Vital Shell is fantastic. The gameplay is tight and fun, the sound effects are punchy, and the music feels like its straight out of a PS1 demo disc.

I think my favorite reincarnating pair in video games is Nina and Ryu. Particularly in 3, they're beyond adorable when they meet.

At least a handful of people went to go see Together on a first date and I think that's really fun.
I'm glad I finally tried out TMNT Splintered Fate. The combat flows so well, it feels great. The soundtrack is also super good, really fits both the turtles and the vibe of the game. Really impressed!
