anyways, good morning.

we all must walk hand in hand and build something better. for ourselves, for our children, for our grandchildren. for generations to come. anger is a tool, but it is not enough. we must love more than we hate, and we must be brave. love and bravery are all we have.

i filed my taxes and all i could think about was how much money did i pay to this government so that they could afford to kill children? how much blood is on our hands, as americans? we have a moral duty to tear this system down. the USA is a death cult. we have to stop it at all costs.

it will end. it might end this year. next year. who knows, but the train is reaching the end of the track. it will not be an apocalypse, but it will be apocalyptic. we will derail this horrible machine and rebuild. i have many years ahead, G-d willing, to see a better, kinder world come to pass.

none of us will be free until all of us are free. none of us will survive unless the machine of capitalism finally falls. none of us will live until the USA is no more. my soul is sick with grief and anger, and i love this world too deeply to give up. this summer will be it. we have reached the end.

i see us all, humanity, as one big incredible family. we are beautiful and resilient and diverse. those in power who make their money off of death, who rape and kill and mutilate and torture to whet their endless appetites, they have turned their backs on humanity. they have forfeited their souls.

i wake up in the morning and have my cigarette. i pray to my G-d, if they’re listening, that the future, built from shaking hands and blood and tears, will be better than it is now. i pray for the safety of my brothers and sisters overseas. i pray and pray and pray we will all finally wake up.

there is a great evil at work in this world. this great evil has been present for a very, very long time. there are those who came before who recognized it for what it was, and they were killed for it. this great evil of capitalism and human greed rules us all. it has brought nothing but death.

northeast louisiana is not a very populated area outside of some cities. it’s my home. they’re digging her soil up and killing her. 70 football fields. more electricity than the city of new orleans. for what? for what???? thats my fucking home asshole!!!!!

its so crazy i know where this is being built cause its like half an hour away from my hometown. this is devastating. this is a townkiller. its going to destroy those little rural towns. poison their water. kill their crops. lord have mercy.

louisiana’s government is rotten to the core. but when disaster strikes, we mobilized for eachother. we all are collectively traumatized by the failure of our government during katrina. so we protected eachother - no one else would.

i was shaped by my upbringing in the south and it turned me into a better person for it. i hold onto my convictions because without them where would i be? i navigate this world and try to be as kind as possible. and this is BECAUSE i’m from louisiana.
