Why is Panera so awful? Serious question. Ordered at kiosk (toasted bagel with cream cheese) and it took a solid 5 minutes to figure out how to make that order (it defaults to a tub of cream cheese, not a single serving). I was given a cold, stale, unsliced bagel and no cream cheese. 🤬
