Trauma can be experienced in different ways.. I was a victim of trauma and this is My Story.. Fews years back I witnessed my parents say their last goodbyes to each other after filling for a divorce.. A day that stays rent free in my head..Lol.. I stood there in shock, couldn’t say a word.. For many years I lived in self blame because I couldn’t bring myself to believe my world fell apart right before my eyes and I couldn’t do anything about it.. But as I grew older I learnt to accept one of the facts of life: Something’s are just meant to be.. In the world we live in today many people live with trauma without even realizing it.. If you are reading this today always remember: ONLY AN ACT OF LOVE CAN HEAL THE WOUNDS OF PAIN/HATE.. P.S This piece is based on True Life Story and dedicated to creating awareness on TRAUMA..
