Aside: A startup can no longer be classified as such when a company that began as a startup has built up revenue to over $50 million & has surpassed 100 employees. Or if a company’s value is $500 million or more. Or it has bought out other companies.
Sold to Rubelmann Capital (a private equity firm) in partnership with existing management, Simplicity Creative Group will continue to operate and retain about 78 employees.
A "200-year-old startup" is still a baffling phrase, and screams "marketing" :D

Due to financial hardship, the repeated abuse of the platform (offsite transactions), attacks by scammers, and the increase in cost of maintaining the platform, Lumikha Cosplay Resale is currently down. If you would like to support the platform moving forward, please consider supporting on Ko-fi, where we have migrated all donations and support. I’m doing my best to keep the platform going, but it has honestly been very difficult to do so in the last year.
