Arteta's got the attack wrong. We don't want Martinelli against a low block. We need some ingenuity. We're settling for lumped crosses into the box to a guy that can't head the ball. Where are the cut backs? Move them around.

I don't doubt that Arteta can coach attack, but I have growing reservations that he's good at picking a good balance of attacking profiles.
