I’ve collapse the previous table down to show just the bonds offered most recently.

And I’ve highlighted a few cells.

These two bonds just happens to be offered together at Q3 Auction Day 3.

The cells I highlighted are essentially the interest rate the government is getting on its loans

Something is going on in Russia. I’m not sure what EXACTLY it is, and it could be several different things.

But they seem worried.

There isn’t any indication that they’re going to try for additional placements. Russia is taking tomorrow & Friday off, so these transactions may not go through until Monday.

I can tell you what we know so far.

They’ll probably be back in the hole after Auction day 10

👉 168.2714 tons of gold (-6.3553 tons)
👉 1.6716 Billion Rubles (+0.422 billion)
