But I do it anyway, cause I need a new splints and previous doctor was only an orthodontist, so I had to find out about exercises and other stuff myself, so a gnathologist might be able to explain better how to deal with that in my case

Splints helped a bit: my jaw doesn’t lock up anymore and the teeth don't wear off, though the clicking and pain in chewing muscles are still. Various relaxation exercises help with that, but I keep forgetting to do them >_< I’m seeing a new doctor tomorrow, maybe she’ll suggest something else

It looks like my frequent headaches are linked to TMJ dysfunction, which developed about eight years ago after braces caused the tooth roots on the right side of both my jaws to resorb. Think twice before putting braces on your fangs

Just noticed I didn't post the first drawing of snake Xen here on Bsky, it was made in 2022. Huge stylistic and design differences, but still can be recognised as the same char.

That was a big turning point to me. I accepted the inner feminity through turning my sona character into a woman. ♀️
