Always a good day when there's mural Sothis art, it is still fascinating to me how that mural is the only in-universe artistic depiction of the goddess we get in both games.

It's definitely a great choice, fits amazingly well! Also love the choice of having the mural depiction of Sothis there, feels fitting for the gothic "architecture".
God I love the implicit horror of Byleth, amazing piece! Also the crest of flames being on his chest is a great detail on top of it all, 10/10.
Yeah, the church's presence increased the stability of the Kingdom like, a lot, to the point that the western nobles never defected to the Empire and Arianrhod had a whole map for it, whereas on the other routes the Empire just got it for free.
Nah you kept the originals "so stupid it is absolutely hilarious" feel perfectly, "mister crewmate" really got me.
The framing with the wings and the horns... The soft black and white shading.. My god, it even has ass!
He has that Leslie Nielsen type of comedy going for him where he can just say the most out of pocket things with a straight face and move on with the conversation like nothing happened, I love him.
Ironically due to his pacifism it wouldn't be that out of place for him to see his crest as a blessing from the goddess and be somewhat devout due to it letting him live life without having to be a warrior, but nah that's not how Linhardt operates, goddess I hardly knew her.
Basically, the saints gave their crests to select allies through blood transfusion and Linhardt is a descendant of the one / one of the ones Cethleann gave her crest to. So ironically this is the one possible case where two bearers of the same crest are not related in any way.
Ben Man, of course!
The Silver Snow cutscene but Edelgard does this when Byleth raises the sword.
Graves is a bit tricky, being short-range dps but having one of the lowest HP pools. However, her abilities are excellent for forcing the enemy to keep switching their focus and stay on their toes. It'll probably take a few games to get a proper hang of, but I wouldn't say she is too hard!
Yesss, meanwhile Seiros got her revenge and is now in a position of power to rebuild (although she is forever haunted by the past but shhh, she'll figure that one out later). Cichol might ask if it all was worth it, but for Seiros the answer is "Yes". The angst is so good!
Ohh the vision, Cichol who still has something to lose Vs Seiros who has in her eyes already lost everything. No wise old mentors or advisors because they are all dead, just a handful of Nabateans and whatever relics, weapons and allies they can scrounge up.
Paige, Graves and Wraith are my jam gameplay-wise, though in design I have to give huge props to Drifter and The Doorman.
Oh, I meant more if you'd prefer the vote to go to Shadows cup or CYL than gender, but I've also now counted my horses and I think I'll do one each anyways!
*See each other* *Inexplicably experience every emotion at once + a couple new ones*
I've got a few too many horses in this race + one vote to Merrin already to commit fully, but I'll happily give Grima a vote, got preference on which one?
Headshot of Maki from Jujutsu Kaisen post-Shibuya, with short hair, scars and right eye still covered with a bandage.
A quick sketch of Maki from JJK, because she is very cool.
With TifaFucker42069 you can tell what they stand for right away, very trustworthy. Caroline? Such a normal name and impossible to tell which fictional character they may want to bed, how can you trust the people who refuse to share even the most basic facts?
Oh nooo, not a full Edeleth trading card game, that'd be so terrible (for my wallet, I'll take 10 packs please)
Dedue: Apologies for the late arrival.
Dimitri: WHAT THE FU-
Finn is honestly in the running for the best Fire Emblem dad, with everything going to hell he took care of those kids, dammit. No wonder there's a country named after him!
He is just built different. Like a LotR dwarf to be exact, and he does exemplify that spirit!
Yeah Gerik is the man, definitely was like top 3 units for me when I played SS. People don't talk about him enough tbh.
*Facing Hegemon Edelgard* "See she pulls it off, take notes man."
Calling it now, they're saving it for the eventual Edelgard (since CF also uses Apex).
Remembering that he had been there for a bit before the start of the game as well, imagine him showing up out of nowhere like five years before claiming to be 21 and immediately getting his position. Maybe the perceived Seteth nepotism was actually a factor in the western church's rebellion.
He is the personal advisor to the archbishop and basically the manager of Garreg Mach, and he thinks that's a position plausibly reached by the age of 26? Surprised that he would even think Byleth too young to be a teacher, would seem about the right age range with his imagined career progression.
Yesss it is my favourite too, and I also love how they vary how it manifests and different "solutions" to it, from dragonstones to Three Houses sort of "abandon your ability to change form and choose one", that is whole another sort of possibility of horror.
