There are so many Americans on X, protecting Ukraine, that i am truly amazed. I don’t believe in any government. But i believe in humanity within every person’s heart.

Russia is an astonishing country. Syrians somehow manage to attack Russia without leaving Syria. Georgians are accused by Russia of attacking it, even though they never left Georgia. Ukrainians are also blamed for attacking Russia from 2014, despite no one crossing Russia’s borders before 2024.

I think Russian propaganda will one day be studied in schools as a case of how a gang of bandits seized power over a large country and manipulated almost the entire world through massive lies spread across various sources.

Many wars around the world made me realize that they often happen because of a lack of education and moral values. People with a narrow mindset look for primitive solutions, can’t think ahead, or see how things are connected into bigger picture. They fail to find solutions with meaningful outcomes.

There are two wars around us. One is caused by bombing and the threaten of death we live in. And the other one is massive mental attack and aggressive propaganda around us, trying to scare us and to break us mentally. And I know that I might get killed physically, but I will never give up mentally.

This week, Odessa has been bombed by Russian missiles more times than during both the first and second invasions combined. The only thing helping me stay calm is my 30 years of meditation experience, from which i learned how to restore inner peace in any situation.

To those who propose making immediate peace with Russia: you understand that Putin is crazy enough to use nuclear bombs, threaten Ukraine’s atomic stations, and cause the world’s worst pollution, yet you still believe he is someone to make a deal with.

My FB was hacked: attackers ran ads, changed my photo to banned materials, and used a bug that locked me out of my account but kept ads running. I watched helplessly as they tried charging my card hundreds of dollars, with no way to contact FB — not even a paid option to contact support.

Oh, that’s really important for many people.

They are little bit late with that. FB used to be my favorite social media. But they have so unrespectful approach to user, that i am just waiting for good substitution with possibility to write texts of middle length.
