This is brutal, even for you, Metal. Sonic: ... Heh, It's funny... even when I'm staring death in the face, I can't help but think there must be more to you than this... Sonic: I've seen it happen before... Badniks can have soul. I've seen you go through so much over the years, and somehow, you still haven't changed. But... I refuse to believe there's nothing in those eyes beyond the hatred... Sonic: There's gotta be a soul in there somewhere, Metal... Mecha Sonic: LET HIM GO.

*metal sonic hesitates, and turns confusedly towards the voice* Sonic: Heh... took you long enough. Sonic: Looks like Tails finished his repairs. Looking sharp, Mecha *Mecha Sonic stands authoritatively with his cape flowing in the wind, surrounded by a soft blue light*

Part 1 of a comic i made inspired by the Scrapnik Island chapter of Sonic IDW. The idea of a reformed Mecha Sonic MKII that also has an emotional mind-link to sonic seemed too awesome to not use somehow.
