Well I have just read (mostly, some listening to audio too) the entire Bible plus some of the deuterocanonical books in 46 days. My first full read of it.

Likewise, real grace does not look like calling out the mistakes of one party by yelling the hate speech of the other.

😢. I remember your posts a few years ago. It's terrible. And in addition to the obvious abuse, it's also spiritual abuse. Supposed Christians harming people and therefore putting them off praying and reading some of the empowering verses in the bible is particularly heinous 😡.
I wish the people in congress with hearts and the genuine priests and pastors had spoken up more a lot sooner. Years sooner. But speaking up now is better than not speaking up at all.

Literally every corner along Lake St. packed with people holding candles, many singing, honoring a person who by all accounts was an absolute gem of a human, whose life was tragically stolen by a fascist, paramilitary occupation force.
Also, my father’s final words to me were to continue to fight the good fight. He would be honored in Alex’s sacrifice, and ashamed of this current administration.
In my dad’s words, I encourage you all to continue to “fight the good fight.”
