It's just such a cute game, and a mash of some of my favorite games ever (ACNH, Minecraft and Pokémon) I'm finding it hard to put it down again!!

I wanna continue working on my piece of the blorbies, but..... pokopia.... 🧍‍♂️

He has a nag for getting himelf injured, the silly!!

Having been used to outdoor life + surviving in the wilderness for a good while as a kid has also put him in a lot of tight situations... tripping and falling off cliffs, had big trees and rocks fall on him, gotten stuck in muddy bogs etc....

Kind of a miracle that he's still kicking tbh

⚙️ Ryuzo: likely more times than you can count on two hands.... for one, he nearly got killed in a raid once, and being as reckless/absentminded as he is, he's likely had his share of close encounters with dangerously strong Pokémon and people in general, too.

Also, I NEED to talk about my assistant at my starting destination!

had to out myself at security bc they detected my chest binder (yikes)
this absolute chad then asked me if I had any preferred pronouns and excitedly said I was his first trans passenger!!

Me when people are allies….

I survived….. my trip back home…… and ofc my first flight was delayed, so my connection was even tighter than first anticipated *falls over and dies* /dramatic

but fr shoutout to schiphol airport assistance crew for making sure I made it to my connection flight in time…. the absolute GOATS!! 🫶

Here she is! I haven't found her a name yet, and I haven't figured out a detailed backstory either. All in due time, I guess. Hopefully I followed the themes well in the design! I do really like it myself ❤️

I'd imagine the evolutions makes him uncomfortable too, since the association is there, but he gets the most visceral reactions from Gible

Though he does eventually overcome his fear when a Gible mix hatches from an egg that he finds, and Beau helps give him a nudge to help care for it c:

⚙️: CC Ryuzo has/had a phobia of the Pokémon Gible. He lost his left pinkie and part of his right ear after being mauled by one when he was a kid

🎭: SL Beau has a fear of people sneaking up on them from behind following an assault on them during a fight at a formal event.

Some might also equate them with a thembo bc of their flirty nature + high drive and them being all cute and innocent at times. Though they are quite intelligent and just incredibly good at getting what they want bc they put up an act.

Conversely, Beau is meant to look pretty and approachable when, in fact, they can be quite mean, sly and unpredictable.
They can even be a double whammy in that sense bc they can actually be sweet once you get closer with them, but Arceus forbid they let just about anyone see that side of them!
