True, but when made in cheese it’s usually diluted in water and the ratio is 1 ounce for every 118 gallons of milk. Then roughly 20% of that is drained off with the whey. Also fun fact when the concentrate is spilled on your skin it does not wash off easily. I’ve made that mistake too many times.
