The Pitt is an excellent series with great writing & terrific acting, but some of the medical cases are very gruesome.

Don’t let that discourage you from watching it though because it is very good. I just look away during some of the scenes.

It’s also a very emotional show - so bring tissues!

I loved the first book in the series, Murder by Memory.
It’s a charming cozy mystery which features a sapphic lead and includes an all queer cast🌈 The narration of the audiobook by Blair Baker is excellent.

One of my favorites is “6 Times We Almost Kissed” by Tess Sharpe.

It’s a sapphic YA romance that’s also a deep dive into the aftermath of the death of a parent, trauma, mental health, medical care, and financial insecurities due to overwhelming medical bills.

A very good book.

Not sure about freezing them, but I love roasted potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and fresh rosemary. I make a full pan of them and eat them for a few days. I also add a few other root vegetables (carrots, turnips, sweet potatoes, etc) to make them more colorful!
