Haven’t done an update on here in a while. Going through a bit of a metamorphosis. I’ve now lost 53kgs, 116pounds or 8stone 3pounds.

This has been thanks to Mounjaro, hitting the gym at least 5 times a week and changing my diet/relationship with food. These past 7 months have been the WILDEST!
