Jessie Buckley, Paul Mescal, and Doechii all coming out as certified cat haters in like 24 hours is wild. I do not trust people who donβt like cats.
world-altering decisions are being made by a cabal of gambling addicts hell bent on self enrichment no matter the cost to humanity, we should look into that.

Alysa Liu telling 60 Minutes βI love struggling, it makes me feel aliveβ is a legit revolutionary statement from a Bay Area native in a time when copious amounts of time and resources are being put toward convincing us to opt out of experiencing struggle, friction and self-actualization
Until your population takes some initiative and cleans up the mess you've caused (like the historic and systemic violence against Indigenous peoples) don't expect us to care about your bluesky ranting. It's pretty simple.
most social media blows chunks now, but I highly recommend liberal use of the block button. I've mostly been able to curate the echo chamber of my dreams thanks to it.

Sorry to get radical but I donβt think itβs my job or yours to embrace, accept, understand - and certainly not to use - the thing being sold to us as AI. I donβt like any part of it, so I wonβt. Iβm missing out? Good, thatβs what I want. Youβre worried about me missing out? Thatβs fuckin weird, man.

If Moderna is no longer bringing vaccine trials for Epstein-Barr virus (good evidence that EB causes Multiple Sclerosis), herpes, and shingles because of Trump appointees, I want prison time for those appointees.
This might be dooming millions to disease they donβt have to experience.

Benito is a threat b/c he makes art so alluring and enjoyable you want to understand everything about it and then you end up learning about sugar and slavery and colonialism and the TaΓnos and Hawaii and then you probably have some thoughts of your own, and that's why art is powerful and dangerous
being nostalgic about advertising is probably too capitalism-pilled but I do miss when commercials had whimsy

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) β Alberto CastaΓ±eda MondragΓ³n says his memory was so jumbled after a beating by immigration officers that he initially could not remember he had a daughter and still struggles to recall treasured moments like the night he taught her to dance. But the violence he endured last month in Minnesota while being detained is seared into his battered brain. He remembers Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents pulling him from a friendβs car on Jan. 8 outside a St. Paul shopping center and throwing him to the ground, handcuffing him, then punching him and striking his head with a steel baton. He remembers being dragged into an SUV and taken to a detention facility, where he said he was beaten again. He also remembers the emergency room and the intense pain from eight skull fractures and five life-threatening brain hemorrhages.
ICE told nurses this Minneapolis man βpurposefully ran headfirst into a brick wall.β
What actually happened is that they pulled him from a car, beat him so viciously with a steel baton that he had 8 skull fractures, 5 life-threatening brain hemorrhages, and couldnβt remember he had a daughter.
