He was a pleasure to work with when I met him at gamescom last year!
This is the response I’d expect from
The person who supported Jitsu Squad.
Well played👍
Great vid :)
Always loved picking up second hand carts here and seeing where people got in RPGs.
True! The only confusion was on my side; not knowing the titles differed from arcade to Megadrive.
Exposed as a non-Sega fan!
The Megadrive version; not the arcade.
We had the pleasure of welcoming game developer Junji Seki to the Embracer Games Archive!
He explored the archive, shared his passion, and donated some wonderful items.
Seki-san also runs the Named Cassette Museum in Tokyo, documenting games with handwritten names.
うまい!
Tbf translation and interpretation are wildly different skill sets, even if some of the base elements are shared. I’d imagine they want the former, but also sometimes the latter (that’s usually the case in my experience).
*didn’t bother reading the listing 😅
I think it’s likely due to the Cyberstick and/or adaptor not being an officially approved peripheral, so can’t be officially endorsed/supported.
I can see your point, and tbh, I can’t see that releasing them separately would have much, if any affect on the Yakuza games, but I’m sure there’s a reason they haven’t.
Just not sure what it could be😅
Hehe
I’ve had a soft spot for this game since I played it way back when, so had to go.
Not often you get to meet someone like JAM’s president either
Very much enjoyed this event :)
With the care and attention given to the RGG ports (M2, I think?), I would hesitate to call them 'crammed in' except in terms of 'they did a fine job cramming all that into that game'.
I know what you mean though; would love to see individual releases for ease of access.

That is the one! Sorry, couldn’t recall the url yesterday 😅
That’s a lovely little piece of kit, isn’t it?
There’s a Japanese site which organizes bigger companies’ staff into their individual development teams/departments which I often find useful
That makes sense as Nintendo didn’t really envisage other companies releasing games on the platform at first.
An official art expo show featuring DQ Emblem of Loto and #Terranigma?!
And it’s officially endorsed by SquareEnix too😮
Can’t wait to check this out.
Wow! I met Oshitani several times about 15yrs back; wish I’d known about this then😅
HEY, do you love RULE OF ROSE?
Our own boss onion Kimura-san is making an appearance in this new horror game documentary to talk all things RULE OF ROSE!
I believe he was due to deliver the eulogy at a ceremony in celebration of Kato’s life.
From what I heard, it was as touching as you’d imagine a skilled story teller who knew Kato-san could make it.
Another little bit of behind the scenes work and some interpreting 🥷
And what a line up!
If you’re into horror games, this has to be on your watch list 🔪
I had a chance to talk with Takaya Imamura (@omega6.bsky.social) about the development and launch of Omega 6, some Star Fox memories, and most importantly his favorite Star Wars movie. Also shout out to @captainpixel.bsky.social for his live translations! youtu.be/xX5j0ce7xHg?...
Yesterday, I had the opportunity to interview the legendary Takaya Imamura @omega6.bsky.social, Art Director for Majora’s Mask!
We discussed his new game, Omega 6: The Triangle Stars, his work on the Zelda series, and more!

2016! Thought I recalled posting it. I actually found the catalog/flyer just after learning about the game myself. Quite the coincidence.
Is that something I posted a few years ago..? I recall it appearing in a Koei catalog included with a game
