REVIEW – “Seafrog” shreds onto the Switch! Metroidvanias are a genre that always scratched a certain part of my brain. The gameplay concept of gradually opening up a world to explore with skills you gain over time is incredibly entertaining to me. Imagine my surprise when I heard that there is now a metroidvania where you're a frog riding a wrench like a skateboard around various ships... Yep, I had no clue what I was getting into this time around, but I'm glad to have been given the chance to check this game out in time for its Switch launch!

Seafrog isn't out on Switch for another month, but we got it early and couldn't wait to wrench it up! Check out Mike's review!

If i had a nickel for every great looking platforming/skateboarding hybrid indie game releasing on the Nintendo Switch in February, 19th, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird (and cool) that it's happening twice.

The GrumpyFace Steven Universe games were sooo much fun as a huge fan of the show! Lowkey hoping we see Squaridot in the new Lars series.. 😅

Just learned about this game, but I'm already in love with it. Glad it's coming to the Switch, It's going straight to the top of my priority list.

And how cool that Grumpyface is the developer! Teeny Titans is one of my favorite mobile games, super happy to see a new game from them. Can't wait!

Managed to get a physical copy. Hopefully @grumpyface.bsky.social gets to relist these games someday. Still such a shame they had to delist them with no warning.
