A beautiful Grey Heron standing around in a park lake here in the Dublin suburbs. It has a little bubble of water in its beak as it had just been searching around for food. Here you can really see the grey/blue colour of its plumage that can look more grey or more blue depending on the light.

As a public service, I thought I'd offer a little constructive criticism of the most popular styles of bike racks, since it appears that the entities that manufacture and install these racks are clueless about the needs of actual bike riders.

Throwback to Queen Street west of Mutual Street in 1990.
The TTC's PCC streetcar #4600 was given the newer CLRV paint scheme in 1986. The car was returned to maroon and cream in 1992 before being acquired by our museum in 1996.

✅ Lower maintenance (fewer moving parts)
✅ Whisper-quiet for better quality of life
