Happy St David's day to all who celebrate, or are just perhaps in need of something different to think about.
A long time ago, I used to know a lot about foreign-imposed regime change (FIRC) and study them.
I guess that makes me qualified to write a thread about them, especially in wake of Trump bombing Iran.
So here goes nothing. π§΅
I found the guide written by @parismarx.com v helpful.
I donβt know who needs to hear Jesse Jackson leading the kids on Sesame Street in this beautiful call-and-response reminding them that every child is somebody, but here it is

Boo. Lack of mobile calling is a real downgrade for some of us (i couldnt handle it) but... not everyone.
Pretty hard to argue with that. And I do love her nonconformist spirit.
This seems v acceptable, perhaps even an improvement. My prospects of getting her to upgrade to a 4g phone are rapidly fading.
Much hilarity here regarding 3G switch off. Wife has not upgraded. Can still send/receive texts and do wifi calling. Can't receive calls or voicemail over moble network but does get txt notification of missed calls.

I liked the Peurto Rican approach & could imagine it being paired with something transferable like a badge with the school logo.
Cake price has tracked flour. In the past year bread has risen sharply.
Looking at a basic loaf of white in the supermarket there is mostly wheat flour, water, and a bit of soy flour (then things present in trace amounts like Baker's yeast), but whatever in the past year has been affecting the bread but not flour price is also an aspect of the market not affecting cake.
Today I learned βNorwegian Christian laws forbade citizens from conversing with and interacting with trolls, and in documents dating from 1274 to 1781, doing so would result in severe punishmentβ (source: Wikipedia), and I kinda think many people nowadays would be better off if this law was revived
